JAVA GINGER EXTRACT
Ginger can be found mostly in Africa and Asia. The ginger itself is extensively used worldwide as herbal medicines (such as Jamu) and also flavoring for tea and coffee. In Indonesia, gingers are grown in Java and South Sumatra. There are 2 types of gingers; red and regular. The difference between regular ginger and red ginger is the color of the rhizome; brownish yellow and red, while the aroma and taste of red ginger is stronger and spicier.
