MACHINERIES

Our machineries are specialised to be used in processing essential oils and other ingredients into standardised products based on their final application use. Facilities and process includes Rectification units, Steam Distillation, Solvent Extraction Unit, Spray Dryer and various other supporting equipments.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

Javagri owns an in-house lab to perform quality control. Prior to productions, all raw materials and finished products are tested. To meet the international demand, Javagri adopts a strict international food health and safety standard, which are based on ISO 22000.

TOLL MANUFACTURING SERVICE

We offer toll manufacturing service for Extract and Essential oil products; developing our partner’s customized request such as its Essential Oil Processing, Essential Oil Refining and Plant Material Extraction.
